QCM is a resonant high-precision measuring instrument. The measurement accuracy can be achieved at nanogram level. Due to its high accuracy, simple structure, and low cost, it gains more and more concern and attention. The wafer is cut at a certain angle from a high purity quartz crystal. The surface of the wafer is optically polished, then plated with gold, silver, or other metal electrodes.
