technology, and integrates the sensor and amplifier circuit onto a single chip. After output’s precise temperature
compensation, the sensor’s high overload resistance ability and long-term stability are greatly improved. After
eliminating the need for intermediate links, also strengthened anti-jamming capability. Silicon capacitive
technology enables sensor with ultra-low-frequency response. This series supports custom designed shape.
