CWST-THX02 Cardan Shaft Torque Sensor
CWSTTHX02 type cardan shaft torque sensor is designed to suit the harsh environments of oil drilling. Its breakthrough idea is use universal axis as the elastic strain directly, label high-precision strain gauge to the universal axis as sensor element. Signal coupling unit is also fixed on the universal shaft, to solve difficult problems in site installation, also to solve the case of drill fracture deformation as a result of excessive torque during the drilling process. It can accurately measure the rotary torque, and monitor real-time drilling rigs. It is the essential measuring instrument during drilling process.

1. The wiring must be correct;
2. ± 15V range: not less than ± 14.5V, and not exceed ± 15.5V;
3. The output signal line may not be to the ground and power supply short circuit, the output current is less than
10mA;
4. The shielded cable’s shield layer must be connected to the common terminal (power ground) of ± 15V power
supply .
